The longest night of the year, or Winter Solstice, is a time to nourish, drop-in and allow our body, mind and sprit to renew. As the earth begins its journey back into the light this deeply relaxing two-hour slow flow & restore workshop will offer an opportunity to turn inward and open to your own true nature.
This workshop is appropriate for all experience levels. We'll begin with a very gentle, slow flow practice then melt our way into a deeply restful restorative yoga practice using bolsters and other props to assist in a blissful release. Because this workshop will occur on the exact day (and night) of the Winter Solstice we'll bring in intention setting for the next cycle of life as we turn toward the light.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. Space is limited and pre-registration is encouraged. Registration is $35 before December 13. The price increases to $40 after December 13 (space permitting).
